Central Ohio Market Overview
Central Ohio had 1,747 closed sales in February, nearly the same as in February 2025 (1,748). Year-to-date, there were 3,262 closings, just two fewer than last year at this time.
There were 3,999 homes for sale, a 7.6% increase from last year. New listings declined by 1.8%, with 2,197 homes added in February.

Average sales price: $367,150 (+4.1%)
Homes are taking longer to sell, with the median days on market rising from 43 to 49, a 14% increase.
