Ethics is a controversial topic. There are more than 50 shades of gray regarding Ethics. This class will discuss the Ohio Division of Real Estate Disciplinary Actions and how they relate to state-mandated Canons of Ethics and review the forms to turn in a complaint. In the second half of the class, we will review the National Association of Realtors' Code of Ethics and their case studies associated with ethical practices. A review of the process to report issues will also be explored. Prepare for a highly challenging class that will leave you questioning your Ethics.
